Public information notice

The morning news gave a warning that an extremely dangerous murderer had escaped from prison guards. His description was interesting: "stocky and ginger". That covers only, what, half the male population in Scotland?

(Luckily, he was quickly recaptured. I'm assuming the police were working from a bit more detailed description.)
